第二屆ICANN APAC-TWNIC Engagement Forum暨第35屆TWNIC IP政策資源管理會議
ICANN及TWNIC共同舉辦合作交流論壇，集合了網路相關利害關係人與國際相關網路社群，針對域名、IP位址及網路安全等主題，進行深入議題探討，這將是台灣與國際網路利害關係人共同面對面討論全球網路議題的最佳機會。
I第35屆TWNIC IP政策資源管理會議希望促進網際網路相關產業發展為目標之會議，提供各界有關網路技術研究、產業發展之溝通交流平台，彙集臺灣地區各ISP業者之意見提供相關IP政策及管理機制。
IICANN及TWNIC建立論壇平台，讓網路相關利害關係人，可以藉由合作交流論壇從區域及台灣的角度探索政策、技術與協作等不同面向中各方利害關係人的觀點。
2nd ICANN APAC-TWNIC Engagement Forum with 35th TWNIC IP Open Policy Meeting
Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC), as a part of the global Internet ecosystem, hopes to establish a policy forum focusing mainly on domain names and IP related issues from the global network architecture. With the same mission and core values for ICANN and TWNIC aiming to establish a policy discussion platform with a structural viewpoint on both regional and Taiwan's Internet environment to further explore the policy, technology and interoperation with stakeholders' perspectives.
TICANN APAC-TWNIC Engagement Forum 2021 is also with 35th TWNIC IP Open Policy Meeting as a parallel meeting with ICANN APAC. The IP OPM will provide great opportunities to the participants for the communication on the network technology research and industry development. It also brings together the opinions of various ISPs in Taiwan to provide relevant IP policies and management mechanisms.

TWNIC於資策會科技法律研究所行遠講堂舉辦「網域名稱爭議處理資料庫暨專家決定書重點分析說明會」，本次說明會邀請域名爭議處理專家，簡介此專家決定書查詢系統之一般檢索與索引檢索之操作使用方式，同時收集使用者之意見回饋。

TWNIC hosted the Taiwan Domain Name Dispute Database Introduction and Panel Decision Analysis Conference and invited domain name conflict resolution experts to introduce how to search and index the database, while gathering feedbacks from the users.

第36屆TWNIC IP政策資源管理會議以創造及促進IP相關產業發展為目標之會議，提供各界有關網路技術研究、產業發展之溝通交流平台。本次會議議題將針對台灣及全球的新興網路服務的重要關鍵技術及應用服務的發展趨勢進行研討交流。
Hosted the 36th IP Open Policy Meeting
In 2021, the TWNIC organized the 35th and 36th TWNIC IP Open Policy Meeting (OPM).
The TWNIC IP OPM was organized to provide an interactive community and discussion platform for various stakeholders in Taiwan's Internet industries to discuss issues related to IP technology. It was hoped that this meeting could facilitate the development of Taiwan's Internet industries, integrate the opinions of Internet service providers from different regions of Taiwan, and in turn come up with relevant IP policies and management systems. The 2020 meeting gathered a variety of SIGs (Special Interest Groups) such as Cyber Security, International Cooperation, Compliance and IPv6 Deployment to explore critical issues.
The Crucial Tool to the World – IPv6 Promotion Panel Discussion
The event is intended to announce and share the technical project and cases to help the enterprises understand and further advance the willingness to upgrade to IPv6 architecture.

本研討會之重點將著重於商標與域名之衝突發生時，採不同爭端解決方式之實務經驗分享，將介紹.tw/.台灣之域名爭議處理機制及分享國際域名重要發展趨勢，並邀請相關專家針對域名不同爭端解決途徑分享訴訟策略及重要見解。
Conference on the Domain Name and Brand Conflict in the Digital Age
The event is focused on the experience of different conflict resolution practices when the conflict of domain name and brand occurred. And introduce the Taiwan Domain Name Dispute Resolution Mechanism as well as inviting the experts in the field to share the experiences.

綜觀全球，資安已升溫成各國的軍備競賽項目之一。2021年上半年我國資安事件頻傳，不僅愈來愈多企業傳出遭受勒索軟體攻擊、釣魚電郵及簡訊偽冒詐財、機密竊取等資安攻擊，政府單位也受到多起網路攻擊，成為國家級駭客攻擊的目標。隨著後疫時代下數位轉型、遠距辦公成為主流，更使得各行各業皆高度曝險於資安問題。「台灣資安通報應變年會」2021年邁入第五屆。有鑑於資安管理的重要性，今年活動目的除了以往的宣導資安通報意識外，更要強化台灣公私部門「超前佈署，及早資安聯防」的概念與執行作法。
2021 Conference of Taiwan Cyber Security Notification and Response
Cyber security has become one of the arm race among the nations. Taiwan has witnessed several cyber security incidents, from ransomware, phishing email and data leak attack, the governmental organizations are also facing multiple attacks. As the arrival of post-pandemic trends on the rise, digital transformation and remote work has become the mainstream, which also increases the risk in cyber security. The 2021 Conference of Taiwan Cyber Security Notification and Response has been the fifth event to promote the incident notification awareness and enhance the concept and method of public and private organization to work in advance to establish security cooperation.

台灣網路資訊中心（TWNIC）和台灣資訊社會研究學會舉辦「台灣網路科普影音」發布會，推出了系列影音傳遞網路科普知識，包括在Youtube上架的《推開網路大門》系列影片、以及在Podcast平台推出的《不斷網會客室》音頻節目，共同推動網路知識生活化與數位平權，呼籲社會各界正視網路素養的重要性。
Press event of the Taiwan’s Internet Introduction Video and Podcast
TWNIC and Taiwan Information Society hosted the press event and published a series of “Open Internet’s Gate” videos on Youtube to introduce the knowledge and history of the Internet. In addition, a series of “Non-stop Meeting Room” podcasts are also released to promote the Internet knowledge and digital rights.
