2022台灣網路報告旨在了解台灣線上與線下融合，本次調查透過新興科技使用動機與相關社會科學理論，檢視台灣原本面對面進行的社會過程轉移到線上或與線上結合後的台灣網路使用現況，並進一步探討可能面臨的問題、衝擊與挑戰。
It is the aim of the 2022 Taiwan Internet Report to understand the integration of what is online and what is offline in Taiwan. This survey examines the current state of internet usage in Taiwan after the transfer of originally face-to-face social processes to online platforms or the integration of those processes with online platforms through the use of emerging technologies and related social science theories, and further explores possible issues, impacts and challenges.

利害關係人對 TWNIC 過去一年來的表現滿意度佳，歸因於中心積極回應利害關係人需求，在強化台灣與國際接軌、強而有力的的技術援助、或是在資安議題的超前部署以及促進資安聯防交流即時訊息等服務表現上，都顯示 TWNIC 和 TWCERT/CC 不只在核心業務盡善盡美，同時還能洞察趨勢、滿足多元利害關係人需求。
The Stakeholders satisfied with the performance of TWNIC in the past year. It’s attributed to the TWNIC's active response to stakeholders' needs, in terms of strengthening Taiwan's connection with the international community, technical assistance and respond of cyber security issues. All these show that TWNIC have not only done their best in their core business, but have also been able to see the trend and meet multiple stakeholders' needs.
