IP Address and AS Number Application, Allocation, and Management Services
IPv4 / IPv6 Application Instruction
The application and allocation of Internet addresses (including IPv4 and IPv6 addresses) shall comply with the relevant regulations and policies of the Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC). Applicants must be entities established under the laws of the Republic of China, including companies, non-profit associations or foundations, central or local government agencies, or educational institutions, and must have a demand for IP address usage in Taiwan.
Please visit https://ipapply.twnic.tw/ to complete the application form. TWNIC will review the relevant documents and requirements, and allocate IP addresses after APNIC's approval.
Applicants who wish to act as Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or as Internet End Users must, within the designated period specified by TWNIC, sign the “IP Address Allocation Agent Agreement” or the “IP Address End User Agreement” (or subsequent revised versions of these agreements) with TWNIC according to their respective identities, and pay the relevant fees in accordance with the “TWNIC Fee Management for IP Address Allocation Regulations” Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
TTWNIC IP members can use the “IP Membership Annual Fee Calculator” to estimate the annual maintenance fee for IP addresses.
