Taiwan Annual Report
As the nation's domain registry, TWNIC also contributed to the development and implementation of policies and standards for domain names, for the country code top-level domains (ccTLDs). TWNIC supported the multistakeholder model of Internet governance that involved governments, civil society, private sector, technical community and academia. TWNIC hosted ICANN APAC-TWNIC Engagement Forum and events such as the Open Policy Meetings, Taiwan School of Internet Governance to empower the local community members and youth.
